I have come up with 5 interesting ways to market your web site. Some of them might seem mundane, but trust me, they work. They will get you traffic and with more traffic, your income will increase. That’s the whole goal of marketing. Here they are:
1) Make up a press release and submit it to all of the online press release sites you can, but just don’t stop there. Send a copy to all of the newspaper and business journals covering your local area. They love local content.
2) Do a mall survey, if you live in a big city. It’s a great way to interact with people who wll visit your site.
3) Sponsor an event. Local events are great for getting the word out about your site.
4) Blog Comments, just make sure they are targeted.
5) Leave your business cards with your web address every where you go. Prepare up flyers and put up on every bulletin board you can find.
