Yesterday, I talked about ways to increase the value of your home and also your equity by doing home improvement projects. I talked about one way to improve the aesthetics of your home on the outside with a fence. I didn’t mention the things you can do inside your home.
One nice little touch is to look at redoing your bathroom. You can redo your bathroom very easily with new paint or you can even look at some of the nice bathroom faucets available and put a new one in. The point is that you do a simple project and dramatically increase your home’s value and consequently, your equity.
