Ellipticals: Good Training Investment?
I am doing a daily exercise routine involving walking for 1.5 miles every morning. Well it’s not every morning because some mornings it is pouring down rain and I am unable to do it. This is why I want to get a home exercise machine. I have seen some decent ones out there, including an elliptical trainer. I think it might be a good way to get a full workout every morning with concerns about the weather.
If you have experience with elliptical trainers, I would love to hear about them in the comments.
Not Following My Own Advice
Sometimes I have to take my own advice and do more research on my own. I had a moment like this just yesterday. I give advice to other to look for reviews and here I was resorting to trying to find out something about fat burners on wikipedia. Not fun. I forgot for just a moment that I needed to be looking for fat burner reviews in order to find out the most information possible.
Score one for a stupid feeling. Go to the reviews to learn more!
Learn More From Reviews
I was asked by a friend the other day about what someone might need to do know about different dieting supplements. I was floored. I guess he didn’t read my blog because he’d know that I continually suggest over and over again that the best way to know about supplements is to check out reviews about the supplements, for example apidexin reviews. By doing your own research with the help of people who have got a good idea of how it is themselves then you will know a lot more.
It’s easy to do but surprisingly very few actually bother to do it.
Do You Use Weight Loss Drinks?
If you look back in the 1980’s, weight loss drinks were all the rage. You know a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and then a regular dinner? Well it was something like that. For some it seems they have faded into the distance, but that’s quite true. After taking a look at www.weightlossdrinks.net, I realized that it is still quite vibrant.
So now my question of the day: Do you use weight loss drinks?
Realization: I am getting older
I know that I am getting old when I start looking for age spots and actually finding them. That’s the case recently. It’s not quite to the point of needing to buy age spot cream but still, it is kind of surprising. I guess I have to face the fact that I am getting older and while I can fight the visible signs of it, the inside of my body is going to age nonetheless.
What have you done for fighting aging?
