Keep An Eye Out For Emergencies
With the earthquakes happening around the world and the tsunami around these parts last weekend, you do need to be aware of these kind of emergencies not only at home, but when you are traveling. It’s important to pay attention to the news so that you can be prepared for a travel emergency. It’s also a good idea to make sure that your friends and family always have access to your travel plans and other travel details as you make your way around the world.
Keep Time For The Family
Its very important in my family to set aside family time. Early on, we realized that work would too often get in the way of our family spending time together. To this end, we came up with an idea to increase the time we are able to spend together. We designate one day a week as a family day of the week.
During the family day of the week, we limit TV. If we watch a movie then it has to be a family style movie and has to be something we can bond over. We also make sure we eat every meal together and that we go out together as a family. It’s been very effective for us in building quality time together. While it may not be something you’d be able to, you might be able to just dedicate one day a month for a family day. It’s a good start.
Online Radio Isn’t Easy
10 years on, online radio is still not the easy way to listen to news and information. You would have thought that it would be much easier to listen to national radio program by 2008, but it just hasn’t happened. I am wondering why it’s still difficult to listen to syndicated national radio programs and it’s seemingly impossible to listen to archived versions of them.
You’d think they’d welcome the extra revenue stream and take advantage of the increased income, but they haven’t. Will it get better by 2018?
What Kind of Business?
I am looking at opening a new business that will take care of international income that I am currently earning. For tax purposes, it can be a great thing to seperate your international income and expenses from your domestic income. It can save you a lot of money.
This means that I need to find the right entity to take maximum benefit. It also means that I need to find a location to open the business. I am doing a lot of research on offshore businesses and the type of business I need to start up.
