Measuring Customer Service Levels

Marketing is a good way to get new customers and increase your profitability, but marketing can only get you so far if you don’t have good customer service. Word of mouth marketing is one of the most powerful forms of marketing and your customer service has a direct reflection on how customers feel about your company.

Your employees are your face to the world and are the ones responsible for providing great customer service. To make sure that they are providing great customer service, it can be a very good idea to implement a customer service survey from time to time to see how well your company is succeeding at providing great customer service.

Service Intelligence has been helping clients manage their customer service levels for years and have several different methods to help you measure your level of customer service. They’ll help you find out which areas you need work on and which areas are posing problems for your company. It’s all about getting the information you need to improve your business profitability.

I Need A New Computer

I have realized recently that I need a new computer. My old laptop is just getting so old. I have talked about getting the new Asus EEE, but I am not so sure that is the best option. I really need a computer that will allow me to work more easily on the road, but I do not want to sacrifice any quality.

In other words, I don’t want to lose any quality or lose any ability on my new computer. If I am paying a lot for a new computer, I want it to last and I want it to be my working companion for years to come.

Now, I just need to find which computer or laptop I will go with. I haven’t dropped the idea of the Asus EEE, but I am trying to keep my options open.
