I have heard this phrase time and time again, but lately I have lost track of it and I have went against it. Basically superserve your niche means that you need to find a niche and locate all of the subniches.
Once you have that information you map out a plan or strategy to not only serve the niche, but superserve it. Make sure they own and dominant the niche. Have several different sites that serve the subniches and have it all working to completely satisfy your niche. By doing this, you will maximize your profits.
I think it’s time that I get back to superserving my niches.
