Friend Feed
I have been doing a little bit of work lately on trying to find new ways to connect with friends and new ways to handle all of the RSS feeds that I have at my disposal. It’s hard to keep track of them, much less use them on a regular basis. This is why I just love my specially made Friend Feed.
Friend Feed is an exciting way to keep track of all of your feed and then be able to share them with other people. It’s a great way to connect with other people and a great way to disseminate information and articles that you’ve written.
I am looking forward to adding even more of my feeds to my Friend Feed over the next few days. I know I can add many of my social bookmarks as well as many of the niche sites that I am running. It should be great.

Open Doors: IT Certification
I have recently completed training in Python and I am interested in getting certification. Why? IT certification is one of the best ways to show that you have mastered a particular IT area. The Value Of Working From Home
When I was teaching, I did a lot of working from home. It’s where I would do a lot of my lesson planning and it was where I graded much of my exams and homework. Whenever I would move to a new house or apartment, I would set up my working area so that I could effectively use the time I had for working at home. Now that I am in real estate, I am still working from home, but the focus has changed.
I spend a lot of my time at home gathering information. I learn about the real estate market on a national, regional and local basis. I learn about different home mortgage options for clients. I even look for leads on people interested in buying a home. I might even touch base with clients in the evening.
I’m still working from home, I am just accomplishing different tasks. I feel a great sense of accomplishment spending a few hours working from home because I know I am improving my career and getting ahead.
So what ideas do you have for working at home?

Since I work part time in real estate, I can see first hand what the housing market is doing. It seems like the days of cookie cutter homes is over. It’s been replaced by the growing market for custom homes. A custom home is a personalized home. They are great because you can get just the house you want with just the features that fit your needs now and in the future.

Investing In Real Estate?
I keep coming back to the idea of investing in real estate as a great way to get a decent return on investment. I remember the quote by Will Rogers that said invest in land, they ain’t making any more of it. I have to agree with that. Land will become scarcer and scarcer as time goes on and as it becomes scarcer then the price has to go up.
This is why I am looking around the world for places to find good real estate, as I mentioned earlier. I think international real estate represents a unique buying opportunity. My first report is going to be on real estate in Argentina. I am just getting report all prepared now. There are huge tracts of land available there cheaply.
