It’s funny that when people see that you’ve lost a lot of weight, they naturally assume that you have been dieting or exercising. They never really realize that you have been using weight loss pills or other kinds of dietary aids. When people ask me how I lost my weight, they want to know the exercise program or diet I used and they are shocked to hear that I used multiple tools to lose weight. In all of my dieting, that was the only thing that ultimately proved to be successful.
