I haven’t talked about supplements recently but I maybe I should. I know that supplements have improved my own health. I am taking a variety of supplements to make up what is lacking in what I eat. Lately I have been taking more Vitamin D and calcium supplements thanks to information gained at http://www.calciumsupplements.net. It’s actually interesting how much of these minerals we are lacking in our day to day diet and how things change over time.
