There are so many different ways to lose weight that sometimes my head won’t stop spinning when people ask me for advice or information. Look at all of the different ways from joining a marathon, to taking ephedrine diet pills, to buying a gym membership, to hiking the Appalachian Trail to you name it. There is always a bunch of different ways to accomplish the goal, but only one that you might want to undertake.
