I always love researching about new topics and that research sent me over to the Plants of Florida blog. It’s a good mix of different topics, including Florida flora and fauna, but also topics concerning herbal health remedies. Just looking at categories in the sidebar, the site covers a lot of topics and is a virtual treasure trove of living better, with a Florida tilt.
One thing that was particularly interesting was the 7 day series on Functional Medicine. It features videos by Dr Mark Hyman, a noted expert in the field. The video series was eye opening and made me think a lot about the possibilities in health and well being.
