Making Rentals More Upmarket

I am looking at getting some new lighting fixtures in one of the rentals we are fixing up. My wife wants me to go with savoy house lighting as a way of making the house more upmarket. I think she might have a real good idea on that. In fact, I might do even more upgrades in an effort to make more money off of my rentals. It’s always good to make extra money and be more profitable in a recession.
