		<description>There are some new job matching sites that no longer use resumes to connect job seekers with employers.  Two are www.realmatch.com and www.thejobnetwork.com.

I like the idea of taking the resume out of the initial process where a recruiter finds the suspect.  After the suspect is identifiied, I think its ok to look at resumes.</description>
