SSDI Heads Up

Here’s a heads up about social security disability. A good friend of mine applied for disability and it took him forever to get his SSD disability. From what I have heard, that is pretty normal. It turns out that Social Security denies just about all claims on the first try so then you have to appeal if you want it. The disability appeal process is long and drawn out and is fraught with entanglements. That’s why my friend had representation and that helped him immensely.
