Let’s Go To Vegas
I guess Las Vegas is really looking like the go to destinations now, especially with the economy the way it is. There’s some great deals on travel to Las Vegas and you can even find a great buy on a vegas hotel room. It really is looking like the time to visit Vegas.
I haven’t been back to Vegas in a few years, but with all the deals I am finding on the net, I am thinking that a trip to Las Vegas is just around the corner. I know my wife and kids would love it.
Brazil Beckons Me
I’d love to visit South America again. I’ve been there once, but it’s beckoning me to visit once again. Brazil has to weigh the most heavily on my mind. The beautiful beaches, the immense and expansive Amazon, the rolling farmland of the south, the majesty of the Pantanal, they call for my return. I often will look on travel websites and in magazines for Brazil vacation packages that can help me return for one more visit. With a wife and two kids, I don’t know when I will get a chance to go back, but I do know that it will be a great family vacation.
Making Weekend Road Trips
One of the things I missed for so long was making weekend road trips. For me, a weekend road trip meant waking up early on a Saturday morning and getting in the car with no particular destination in mind. The only goal to was to be back home by Sunday night.
I don’t know why I stopped doing those weekend road trips, but lately I have decided to renew the tradition but with some changes. First off, the goal is to be home on Saturday night. Friday nights are set aside for preparation and lastly, my wife and I together plan where we are going to go for the weekend road trip.
All in all, it has been successful, the kids just love the traveling.
