I remember years ago when friends were trying to bulk up, they would drink protein powders, carb powders, just about anything they could find in order to get more muscles. Science has changed now and it’s actually easier than before to find muscle building supplements. One thing hasn’t changed though and that is that you still need to actually build the muscle. This means that you not only need to give your body the right fuel to make muscles, but you also need the right kind of activity to build muscles.
