I have been lately looking into some ideas about using free energy in order to live more frugally. I am sure that piques your interest. No, I am not talking about free energy like cold fusion or anything like that, I am talking about forms of energy that we already have for free. I am talking about wind and solar primarily.
I am doing my best to implement a couple of solar projects around the house. My herb garden is one of them. It uses the free energy of the sun to create nearly free food. I am also looking at a solar water heater that can save us a bit of money. Remember a penny saved is a penny earned.
